Same pipeline, same photo. The only change: a caricaturist-style pass that lists the person's unique identifiers and forces every one into the picture — rendered naturally, never exaggerated.

What the signature pass extracted (and the image kept)
- Triangular salt-and-pepper beard — dark on the cheeks, silver-grey concentrated at the chin
- Deep-set, heavy-lidded gaze under a prominent brow ridge, with the permanent furrow between the brows
- Stubble shadow framing the smooth dome — not a polished egg
- Firm, straight mouth and the characteristic watchful, analytical resting expression — a "warmer" variant was auto-tested and rejected by the judge (it scored lower on likeness)
